How it works

Departure Procedure

  1. On your departure day 15 minutes before you arrive at Gatwick call the VPG drivers line - 07722 133618 or 07722 133594.
  2. On your arrival at Gatwick proceed to the departure level at the North or South Terminal.
    Departure level is UP THE RAMP to the upper level at the North Terminal.
    South Terminal is on the lower level,follow the PASSENGER DROP OF SIGNS.
  3. Once you are at departure point, park in the first space you find on the left of the departure level road at the North Terminal
    South Terminal passengers park on the left or right after the traffic lights.
  4. Your VPG driver will assist you with any luggage and comlete your paperwork, you are then able to enter the terminal.
  5. Your car is then taken to our secure compound until your return date.

Returns Procedure

  1. Call VPG once you have collected all your luggage and have cleared customs.
  2. You will be given directions to the collection point for your car at the North or South Terminal.
  3. Your car will be delivered promptly and depending on traffic conditions and security checkpoints you should have to wait no longer than 4-5 minutes for your car at the collection point.
  4. Once your car is delivered your VPG driver will assist you with any luggage you require. You can then start your journey home.

Early Returns

  1. Call, text or email us as soon as possible to let us know you are returning early.
  2. Letting us know as soon as possible lets us have your car ready for you and will not delay you in any way.
