Q1. Where is my car parked with VPG.
The VPG Compound is 1 mile from the perimeter of the airport and cars
do a round trip of around 8 miles by the time your car is returned to you.
Q2. What about insurance for my car.
Your car is covered by full comprehensive insurance.
Q3. What security measures do you have for my car.
We have CCTV and security fencing, our car park is also regularly patrolled 24/7.
Q4. How do I find you at the airport.
Once you are at the airport VPG representatives will be looking for your car from the details
on your paperwork. In most cases you will be met within a few minutes of arriving at the Terminal.
Q5. How will I identify your drivers.
All our drivers will be regognizable from the VPG uniform and VPG ID badge that they carry.
Q6. I am arriving at 2.00 a.m in the morning, is this a problem.
We operate 24 hours a day and you can arrive at any time.
Q7.What happens if I arrive earlier than the time I indicated on departure day.
The time you gave us for arrival on departure day is more of a guide for us. We know that traffic
conditions etc mean you may be later or earlier than indicated. The call you give us 15 minutes
before arrival gives us enough time to despatch a driver to collect your car.
